Last week we had a little detour, since we had to complete our district writing prompt. This week we will pick up with some of the things we didn't get to do last week. If you see some of the same things from last week, that is why.
This Week:
We will read A Quiet Place
We will create a favorite places page in our notebook
We will explore the characteristics of narrative text
We will read "Dirk the Protector"
We will do a 4/Square using the four elements of fiction for "Dirk"
We will practice good sentence structures using vocabulary words from all classes
